The Metro One Communications Department is responsible for scheduling our protective services and ensuring that the officers are on-post at the scheduled time. This proactive practice of verifying that our officers are aware of their schedules, post locations, means of transportation to their post and on-time arrival has placed us at the top of the industry in reliability. Using state of the art technology for scheduling and communications, our Communications Department enables us to respond as quickly as anyone in the security business when an officer is unexpectedly unable to report to their post, or, when a client encounters an unanticipated event that requires rapid deployment to an at-risk location. The resources applied to our Communications Department enables us to maintain a level of service reliability that distinguishes Metro One from the rest of the security industry.
